Sally Holland is the President of HireMoxie a firm dedicated to providing high quality, customized recruiting solutions. Based in Cincinnati Ohio, Sally has been at the forefront of recruiting since 1991.
Since founding HireMoxie in 2011, Sally has focused on recruiting top talent for Sales and Marketing roles, nationwide, across multiple industries; specializing in Technology, Marketing/Advertising and Healthcare.
Sally began her career in Healthcare recruiting where she spent 6 years as a recruiter for International Health Specialist. Throughout her time in recruiting, she has focused on finding the top talent in the Finance, Marketing, Advertising, Communications, Finance and Healthcare.
In addition, she spent 7 years at Grant Thornton LLP where she excelled as the National Partner Recruiting Manager. In this role, she was charged with research, sourcing, and full-life cycle recruiting for the Partner level positions at Grant Thornton LLP.
Sally received a Bachelor’s Degree from California State University in 1996 after serving 6 years in the United States Army Reserves as a surgical assistant.
