HireMoxie has specialized in finding, engaging, and securing top, industry specific, talent for the past 25 years. Sally started her recruiting career in highschool, with a healthcare staffing agency. Yes, she’s a lifer.

Sally Holland
HireMoxie was established, in 2011, and is a Veteran-qwned and Certified Woman-owned business. Since 2011, HireMoxie has grown into a thriving, respected, national recruiting provider. The key to our success lies in our ability to not only build quality, long-term partnerships with our clients but also build, maintain and nurture an extensive pipeline of passive candidates. Sally Holland is the President of HireMoxie a firm dedicated to providing high quality, customized recruiting solutions. Based in Cincinnati Ohio, Sally has been at the forefront of recruiting since 1991.
Since founding HireMoxie in 2011, Sally has focused on recruiting top industry specific talent across multiple industries, including Marketing, Advertising, Media, manufacturing, Education , Office Supplies and Technology.
Sally began her career in Healthcare recruiting, in highschool, where she spent 6 years as a recruiter for International Health Specialist. Throughout her time in recruiting, she has focused on finding Passive candidates.
Prior to founding HireMoxie, Sally spent 5 years as the President of Accelerated Business Solutions, an executive recruiting firm.
In addition, she spent 7 years at Grant Thornton LLP where she excelled as the National Partner Recruiting Manager. In this role, she was charged with research, sourcing, and full-life cycle recruiting for the Partner level positions at Grant Thornton LLP.
Sally received a Bachelor’s Degree from California State University in 1996 after serving 6 years in the United States Army Reserves as a surgical assistant.
